Parents' mornings
On Wednesday mornings, parents' mornings are held in the choir cellar of Hallgrímskirkja from 10 am to 12 pm.
These get-togethers are for parents and their children and are suitable for those on maternity leave or working from home.
The purpose of parent mornings is, among other things, to strengthen the social bonds between parents and their children. There is a singing session at 11 a.m.
Refreshments are served and sometimes a special guest, such as a sleep consultant, visits. On the last Wednesday of each month there is a Pálinu party where everyone can bring something delicious to the table (optional).
Refreshments are always available. Families of all ages are welcome.
Parents' mornings are supervised by Ragnheiður Bjarnadóttir, piano teacher, along with Olga Helgdóttir.
Parents' mornings have a group on Facebook called Parents' mornings in Hallgrímskirkja / Hallgrimskirkja playgroup
