LET'S SING CHRISTMAS IN!

Welcome to general singing, choral singing and readings on Sunday, December 21st at 5:00 PM in Hallgrímskirkja.

Admission is free and all are welcome while space permits.

Singing Christmas carols are well-known in England and many parts of the Nordic countries, where churchgoers can prepare for the Christmas festivities by singing many of the most beloved Christmas carols, as well as listening to beautiful choral singing.

The Hallgrímskirkja Choir, the Reykjavík Cathedral Choir and the Huldur Chamber Choir sing and lead the general choir under the direction of Steinar Logi Helgason, Matthías Harðarson and Hreiðar Ingi Þorsteinsson. Björn Steinar Sólbergsson plays the organ.

The congregation's pastors participate in the concert with readings from the scriptures.
